Cut To Shape Products

We’ve recently acquired a futuristic, state-of-the-art machine that allows us to accurately cut any shape. Sometimes just a little bespoke feature like that can really allow a product to stand out and add to an overall sense of luxury. The possibilities for this are quite literally endless.

Being able to precisely cut any shape means that we can now produce print that is anything but square. Maybe your business cards would wow more potential customers with a unique shape? Maybe your menus would be more striking with a distinctive shape? It’s the little things that make you stand out from the crowd.

Take a look at these ‘gap-pop’ flyers above. They fit into small gaps like car seams, doors and cracks. When you pull it out – POP – it opens up with your message inside. A quick and fun little marketing tool for out and about.

Our new machine can crease as well as cut, meaning we can create products that fold and interlock together. Custom packaging, table stand-ups or tailor-made solutions. You think it – we cut it.

You may have noticed our new Bury Repro packaging on our business card boxes (shown above). We’ve also done work for a few fragrance companies, putting together the packaging for their perfume bottles.

As well as die-cutting, our machine can kiss-cut. This means we can create labels and stickers of any shape desired. Maybe it’s the shape of your logo or other brand elements. Maybe, there is a functional reason for your labels to have a unique shape. Again, it seems simple, but it can turn a regular square sticker into something unique that pops and catches the eye.
